Plain-English summary: your first week on a new plan is risk-free, and you can cancel anything at any time. The details below are the policy.
1. The 7-day refund
- Your first subscription to any server or network plan comes with a full money-back window: ask within 7 days of the first charge and we refund it in full — no forms, no "reason required".
- Ask through the support page from the account that owns the subscription.
- The window applies once per customer per product type (it exists so you can try us for real, not as a recurring discount). Upgrades, renewals, and repeat purchases follow Section 2.
- Refunds return to your original payment method; card networks typically post them in 5–10 business days.
2. Cancelling
- Cancel any time from the panel (Billing) — there are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops.
- Outside the 7-day window we do not prorate partial months, but you keep what you paid for: the server runs to the end of the term.
3. Your data after cancellation
- When a subscription ends, the server stops but its world data and backups are kept for [14] days so you can change your mind or take your data with you.
- Download your world/backups from the panel before the window ends. After it, data and backups are permanently deleted.
- Resubscribing within the window picks your world back up where it left off.
4. Where refunds don't apply
- Accounts terminated for Acceptable Use violations.
- Charges older than the 7-day window (cancel instead — Section 2).
- Dedicated hardware orders: these are hand-fulfilled and quoted individually today; refund terms are stated when we confirm your order, before you are charged.
5. Billing problems
If a charge looks wrong, contact support first — genuine billing mistakes are refunded, full stop. Chargebacks filed instead of contacting us may result in account suspension while we sort it out (card networks force that on both of us).
